Terms of Use for Digital Products of sysuu GmbH

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of all digital products (e.g. online training programs, video courses, learning materials) offered by sysuu GmbH, located in 76327 Pfinztal, Germany, under the brand name deepzone.

 

  1. Scope of Services

sysuu GmbH offers scientifically grounded training programs under the brand deepzone to support and enhance mental performance. The programs consist of digital content such as text modules, audio and video material, reflection exercises, and supplementary resources. Access to the training is provided through an online platform.

  1. Sales and Processing

Our digital products are sold through our official distribution partner, Digistore24. Depending on the customer’s location and the language of the purchased product, the contracting party is one of the following entities:

All payment processing, invoicing, and withdrawal rights are managed by Digistore24. These terms of use apply in addition to the contractual terms you accept during the purchase process via Digistore24.

  1. Usage Rights

All provided content is protected by copyright. With the purchase of a program, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for personal purposes only.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • copying, sharing, publishing, or commercially exploiting the content in whole or in part,
  • sharing personal login credentials or using an account jointly with third parties,
  • forwarding or publicly distributing the content in any form.
  1. Access Regulations

Access to the purchased product is provided via an online platform. In accordance with the contractual terms of Digistore24, we guarantee customers access to the platform’s content for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.

Beyond this period, access will remain available as long as the respective product continues to be offered on our platform. Should the purchased product or the underlying platform be discontinued or replaced by a different system, the customer’s right of access will expire. In such a case, the customer is entitled to save the program content in advance for personal use.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts if a user has not shown any activity for more than 12 months (e.g., no login, no module usage). Before deletion, the customer will be notified by email and given the opportunity to retain access simply by logging in.

  1. Technical Requirements

A stable internet connection and a modern, up-to-date web browser are required to use the program. The ability to access email (e.g. for login or reminder messages) must be ensured. sysuu GmbH assumes no responsibility for technical limitations on the customer’s side.

  1. Health Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

The training programs are designed to strengthen mental skills and support personal development. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you experience health issues, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional.

Use of the content is at your own risk. sysuu GmbH accepts no liability for any adverse effects on your health or well-being.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Issues

In the event of chargebacks, payment disputes, or failed payments, sysuu GmbH reserves the right to suspend access to the product until full payment has been received.

  1. Changes & Updates

We continuously improve and develop our training programs in order to enhance the learning experience, keep content up to date, and integrate new insights.
We therefore reserve the right to modify, expand, or replace individual modules or content at any time, provided that the overall structure and core purpose of the program remain intact.

  1. Applicability & Legal Priority

These product-specific Terms of Use apply in addition to the legal provisions of the sales process via Digistore24.
In the event of any conflict, the General Terms and Conditions and withdrawal policies of Digistore24 shall take precedence.
